Technical Manager
The Technical Manager role requires the technical knowledge to transform an architectural project into an executive one, expertise in CAD/CAM programming, the use of high-precision CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery, and the final on-site supervision of installation phases.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Understanding of raw materials: Wood, plastics, metals, fabrics, and glass
- Knowledge of key hardware types
- Basic concepts of lighting and electrical systems
Development and Execution
- Executive project development (CAD):
- Proficiency in REVIT, INVENTOR – Autodesk, and SPAZIO 3D (CAD software for architecture and interior design)
- Production program development (CAM):
- Use of ALPHACAM, SPAZIO 3D, and post-processors for CNC machines
- Data integration and Industry 4.0 knowledge:
- Use of a production management system
- Operation of high-precision CNC machinery:
- Machine interface software and related editors for production equipment (cutting with optimization, edge banding with grinding, Nesting milling, and 5-axis CNC processing)
- Optimized handling techniques:
- Use of forklifts and lifting equipment with the required certifications
- Knowledge of packaging and logistics systems
- Management of assembly teams and supervision of all installation phases
